Our initial consultations are limited in scope. They are conducted solely for two purposes:

1. Determining Suitability: To confirm whether your matter is appropriate for our firm’s expertise and scope of services.
2. Conflict Check: To determine whether any conflict of interest exists between your matter and our existing or prior clients.

Beyond these preliminary steps, any further discussion, advice, or legal work will be subject to a formal engagement and billed according to our standard hourly rates and fee agreements. No attorney–client relationship is formed unless and until both you and our firm execute a written engagement agreement.
